We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy. If you're not completely happy, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange, as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 5–9 business days from dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout, with no hidden fees.
For hygiene reasons, intimate sleepwear where the hygiene seal has been removed cannot be returned. Everything else follows our standard 30-day return policy.
