At NovaDesire, we're committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping information below.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Times & Cost
- Standard Shipping — 3–5 business days — Free
- Express Shipping — 2–3 business days — $15.00
Total delivery time: Standard 4–7 business days, Express 3–5 business days (processing + delivery). Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
Shipping Destination
We currently deliver to addresses within the United States only.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page or by contacting our customer service team.
Delays
While we do everything we can to deliver on time, occasional delays may happen for reasons beyond our control — such as carrier congestion, adverse weather, or unforeseen logistical issues. If your order is affected, we appreciate your patience and our team will always help track it down.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@novadesire.com and we'll investigate promptly. If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
